WHO IS AVNI UYGUR?
Avni UYGUR, who was born in Nizip in 1959, completed his education in Nizip. Avni UYGUR, who was engaged in agriculture and hardware business during his post-school years, took the first steps of his career in the soap production factory, which was his father's profession at that time. Avni UYGUR, the father of 4 children, served as the Chairman of the Disciplinary Board at Nizip Commodity Exchange between 2009 and 2013.

Uygur Sabun, which started its operations in the soap industry in 1972, stepped into the olive oil production sector in 1984 due to the lack of facilities for processing olives in the region. In 2011, they moved from a sole proprietorship to a family business and established Uygur Zeytinyağı ve Sabun Gıda Tic.Ltd.Şti. continues as. During the economic crisis, the company evaluated how it could overcome this period with the least damage in its internal meetings and made improvements in its facilities in order to make production more stable and more efficient. Attaching importance to the use of technological devices, Uyghur Olive Oil and Soap has increased its production capacity and employed new workers. Since olive oil production is in an important and sensitive position in our region, Uygur Olive Oil and Soap facilities, which closely follow sectoral developments, have included the latest system continuous machines into the operation periodically. It has the right to have a say in the production of low acid and high quality olive oil in Nizip.
“UYGUR OLIVE OIL” PRODUCTION AND QUALITY
Uyghur Olive Oil and Soap has a daily capacity of 120 tons. In its production, extra virgin olive oil and first virgin olive oil are obtained. Although it varies depending on the yield in the processing of individual olives, the capacity is 2,000,000 kg/year. The continuous system machines in the olive oil production facility are fully computer-aided and employ 6 people at all times, as well as seasonal workers during the olive harvest period. “UYGUR SOAP” PRODUCTION AND QUALITY
Nizip region is famous for its soap making. Soap has been produced from olive oil in the region for more than 130 years and still continues. Today, Uygur Soap continues to produce the best soaps, the legacy of mastery passed down from the soap master to the journeyman. The elements that make a soap of high quality are the type and quality of the oils used in it, as well as the method of production and appropriate waiting time. Uygur Soap attaches great importance to all these elements and saponifies the masterful mixture prepared from the highest quality olive oil, laurel oil, pomace oil and palm oil with years of experience and keeps it in soap cages for 1 year. The result is magnificent. A natural soap is created that protects the skin and hair, provides the vitamin E the skin needs, and has a very strong cleansing ability. The products produced are distributed and sold to Gaziantep, Birecik, Şanlıurfa, Adana and other provinces.
