WHO IS ŞERİF DAĞLI?
Dağlı Bakliyat Makina Gıda Tic. Ltd. Ltd. Chairman of the Board of Directors Şerif Dağlı was born in Nizip in 1964. Due to financial inadequacies, he could not study after primary education and started working in the lathe leveling department in 1977, working with the lathe master Ülkü Bilgi. In 1988, he established his own business under the name of Dağlı Lathe and Machinery Industry and started manufacturing machinery for the food industry. It has become famous in Nizip and the South Eastern Anatolia region by installing processing systems in lentil, bulgur and feed factories.
DEVELOPMENT STORY:
Dağlı Bakliyat, the foundations of which were laid by the brothers Şerif Dağlı and Mehmet Dağlı, started R&D studies to establish a bulgur production facility in 2002, and in 2005, the foundations of Dağlı Bakliyat were laid and production started under the Tatbul brand. Dağlı Bakliyat, which increased its daily capacity to 60 tons in 2010, doubled this capacity to 120 tons per day in 2014 and managed to become one of the leading brands in the bulghur industry with its Tatbul brand. Today, the company continues its activities with a closed area of 5,000 m² and an open area of 28,000 m². Breaking new ground in its sector, Dağlı Bakliyat started to use the first film packaging in the bulghur industry in 2007. In 2014, it continued to break new ground by producing the world's first self-mixed barley noodle bulgur.

AMBER: Bulgur for rice, fine bulgur for rice, bulgur for raw meatballs are produced.
