Sample Acceptance

The first checks of the samples coming to our laboratory with analysis requests are carried out by the Sample Acceptance Unit. Acceptance, monitoring and reporting of samples are carried out using special software in this unit. All samples arriving at our laboratory are coded and recorded in the system within the scope of the customer confidentiality principle, after the necessary checks are carried out. Then, the samples are directed to the laboratory units for the requested analyzes without wasting time, again based on the principle of confidentiality and customer security.
When the analyzes are completed, the results are entered through the software system by the relevant units, and the reporting process is carried out after the necessary checks are made by our engineers. Approved Reports are delivered to the customer by e-mail / fax / mail or in person, upon the request of the members.
