RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
GENERAL EXPLANATIONS:
6698 Sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu’nda (“KVKK”) “ilgili kişi” olarak tanımlanan kişisel veri sahiplerine, (“Veri Sahibi”) kişisel verilerinin işlenmesi ile ilgili KVKK’ nın 11. Maddesi’nde sayılan haklara ilişkin Veri Sorumlusuna (ŞİRKET) başvurma hakkı tanınmıştır. Bu haklara ilişkin Nizip Ticaret Borsası’na yapılacak başvuruların, KVKK’ nın 13. maddesinin 1. fıkrası ve Veri Sorumlusuna Başvuru Usul Ve Esasları Hakkında Tebliğ’in ilgili hükümleri uyarınca yazılı olarak veya elektronik ortamda ve aşağıda yer alan yöntemlerle Nizip Ticaret Borsası’na iletilmesi gerekmektedir.
In accordance with Article 11 of the Law, data owners;
- Learning whether personal data about them is being processed,
- To request information if their personal data have been processed,
- Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,
- Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
- Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and requesting that the action taken in this context be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
- Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons requiring processing no longer exist, even though it has been processed in accordance with the law and other relevant legal provisions, and requesting that the action taken in this context be notified to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
- Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems
- In case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, they have the right to demand compensation for the damage.
APPLICATION METHODS:
In applications to be made to Nizip Commodity Exchange within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law, in accordance with Article 5/2 of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, which came into force by being published in the Official Gazette dated 10.03.2018, numbered 30356, the name, surname and signature of the data owner if the application is written, TR ID number for citizens of the Republic of Turkey, nationality, passport number or identification number, if any, for foreigners, residence subject to notification. It is mandatory to include the place or workplace address, the notification e-mail address, telephone and fax number, if any, and the information subject to the request.
In order to respond to your requests properly, it is important that your request content is clear, understandable and dateable. For this reason, you must fill out this application form and the information and documents requested by you completely and accurately and apply to our Stock Exchange via the following methods.
Written Applications:
Written applications to be made to our Stock Exchange must include a signed copy of this "Application Form" containing the above information and completely filled out .
- Borsamıza KVKK m.11 kapsamında sayılan haklara ilişkin başvuru yapmaya yetkili olunduğunu gösterir ve noter tasdikli bir vekâletname ile vekâleten teslim edilmesi veya noter aracılığıyla Cumhuriyet Cad. E-90 Karayolu Üzeri,Borsa Hizmet Binası PK.27 NİZİP /GAZİANTEP adresine gönderilmesi suretiyle iletilmelidir.
Electronic Applications:
Electronic applications to be made to our Boesa must be submitted using this "Application Form" , which contains the above information and is completely filled out.
- By signing with an electronic or mobile signature with a "secure electronic signature" certificate defined in the Electronic Signature Law No. 5070 and sending it to [email protected] , which is the Registered Electronic Mail (KEP) address of our Stock Exchange,
Your applications submitted to us will be concluded effectively, in accordance with the law and the rules of honesty, and answered in writing or electronically , "as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest" from the date your request reaches our Stock Exchange, depending on the nature of your request .
If our Exchange detects any deficiencies in your application, and if you do not correct the deficiency within seven (7) days at the latest from the notification of this deficiency to you, your request will be suspended until the deficiency is corrected by our Exchange.
However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, in accordance with Article 7 of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, no charge will be made for up to ten pages; For each page over ten pages, a processing fee of 1.00 Turkish Lira will be charged.
