Nizip Ticaret Borsası (“Borsa” ve/veya “Borsamız”)’nın sektörde ki hassasiyetini kişisel verilerin güvenliği hususunda da göstermektedir. Bu bilinçle, Borsamız bünyesinde çalışan tüm çalışanlarımıza ait özel ve genel nitelikli kişisel verilerin 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanununa, Kanun'a bağlı yürürlüğe koyulan ve koyulacak ikincil düzenlemelere (yönetmelik, tebliğ, genelge) ve bağlayıcı nitelikteki Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurul'u tarafından alınmış ve alınacak kararlara uygun olarak işlenmesine, muhafaza edilmesine ve silinmesine büyük önem göstermekteyiz. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Our stock exchange needs to process personal data both when directly fulfilling its legal obligations and when indirectly required by these obligations and the services provided. In this sense, your personal data is processed by Borsa İstanbul;
To fulfill our obligations specified in the Labor Law No. 4857 and the second regulations issued under this Law,
To fulfill our obligations specified in the Social Insurance and General Health Insurance Law No. 5510 and the second regulations issued under this Law,
To fulfill our obligations specified in the Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331 and the second regulations issued under this Law,
To fulfill our obligations specified in the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the regulations issued pursuant to this Law,
To provide the information needed by relevant public institutions and organizations, judicial or administrative judicial authorities and law enforcement forces, when necessary,
To provide general management with the management of personnel employment relations and internal business operations, payroll and wage compensation management, fringe benefits and insurance management,
To ensure the development and maintenance of human resources policies,
Training, seminars, etc. to improve the personal development and skills of employees. to continue carrying out activities,
To analyze performance and productivity measurements, prepare performance reports and ensure performance increase accordingly,

For its purposes, it is processed in a limited and proportionate manner, in accordance with the law and the rules of honesty, within the limits specified in the Law, and always in connection with these purposes.
Transfer of Personal Data
Kişisel verileriniz, yukarıda sayılan amaçlar dâhilinde, Kanun'un 8. ve 9. maddesinde belirtilen şartlara uygun olarak, Borsamız 'ın bağlı bulunduğu kurum ve kuruluşlar ile ilgili mevzuatta izin verilen gerçek ve tüzel kişilere, başta Sosyal Güvelik Kurumu olmak üzere gerektiğinde yetkili diğer kamu kurum ve kuruluşlarına, adli ve idari yargı mercilerine, kolluk kuvvetlerine, sır saklama yükümlülüğü altında bulunan işyeri sağlığı ve güvenliği uzmanları ile işyeri hekimlerine, ücret ve her türlü hak edişlerinizin ödenebilmesi amacıyla ilgili finans kuruluşlarına, bordrolama ve ilgili sistemlerin kurulması gibi insan kaynakları yönetimi ve bilişimi sistemlerinin yürütülmesi amacıyla iş ilişkisi içerisinde olduğumuz kurum ve kuruluşlara, özel sağlık sigortası ilişkilerinin kurulması amacıyla iş ilişkisi içerisinde olduğumuz sigorta şirketlerine, ilgili otoritelere ve ilgili bakanlığa aktarılmaktadır.
Personal Data Collection Methods and Legal Reasons

b.) In this context, the data controller is determined by our Borsa; Name-Surname, TR ID number, parents' name, place of birth, date of birth, gender, marital status, population registration information about you and your dependents, residence address, signature, SSI number, declaration of employment and termination, driver's license, passport photo, bank account information, education information, information about your family situation, network information, property declaration, person to call in case of emergency information, military status certificate for male employees, telephone number, e-mail address, Your private and general personal data, such as fax number, IP address of the workplace computer, log records, workplace security and workplace entry and exit information, camera recordings for security monitoring, contact person information for communication in case of emergency, are processed based on paragraphs 2/ac-ç-ef of Article 5 of the Law.
c.) Your special data such as health and health reports, criminal record, documents required to be recorded from judicial or administrative authorities, accident or other health information, and those required for the entrance of safe areas will be collected with your explicit consent within the scope of the 2nd paragraph of Article 6 of the KVK Law. In this sense, the express consent text signed by you will be an integral part of the disclosure text.
Your health data shared with the workplace physician and occupational health and safety specialist, who are under the obligation of confidentiality, can be processed without needing your explicit consent in accordance with the 3rd Paragraph of Article 6 of the KVK Law.
Rights of Data Subjects under the Law

- You may request the deletion or destruction of your information within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law,
- You may request that your requests specified in paragraphs (c) and (d) be notified to third parties to whom your information has been transferred and that they carry out the same transactions,
- You may object to a result being unfavorable to you due to your information being analyzed by automatic systems, or you may request compensation if you believe that it has been recorded or used unlawfully and you have suffered damage as a result.
If your application for these purposes requires an additional cost, you will be required to pay the fee determined by the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller issued by the Personal Data Protection Board. If a written response is given to your application, no fee will be charged for the first 10 (ten) pages, and 1 TL processing fee will be charged for each page over 10 (ten) pages. If the answer to your application is given on a recording medium such as a CD or flash memory, you will be charged a fee equal to the cost of the recording medium.
Your requests in your application will be finalized as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.

In your application containing your explanations regarding the right you have as a personal data owner and which you request to exercise, in order to exercise your above-mentioned rights; If the matter you request is clear and understandable, if the matter you request relates to you personally or if you are acting on behalf of someone else, you will need to submit your special power of attorney certified by a notary.
In your applications, it is mandatory to include name-surname, signature, TR ID number, residence or workplace address, e-mail address, telephone and fax number, and the requested elements, in accordance with the "Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller". Yukarıda detaylıca belirtilen (Kişisel Verilerin Toplanma Yöntemleri ve Hukuki Sebepleri başlığında b ve c bentlerinde belirtilen kişisel verileriniz) aydınlatma metninde açıklanan esaslar çerçevesinde, tarafınıza ait kişisel verilerin KVKK ve ilgili mevzuat uyarınca işlenmesine yönelik açık rızanızı talep ediyoruz. Yukarıda açıklanan amçalar dahilinde sizden Ad-Soyad, T.C. kimlik numarası, ana-baba adı, doğum yeri, doğum tarihi, cinsiyet, medeni hali, sizin ve bakmak yükümlü olunan kişiler hakkında ailenizin nüfus kayıt bilgileri, ikametgâh adresi, imza, SGK numarası, işe giriş ve işten ayrılış bildirgesi ,ehliyet, vesikalık fotoğraf, banka hesap bilgileri, eğitim bilgisi, aile durumunuza ilişkin bilgiler, agi bilgileri, mal bildirimi, acil durumlarda aranacak kişi bilgileri, erkek çalışanlar için askerlik durum belgesi, telefon numarası, e-posta adresi, faks numarası, işyeri bilgisayarına ait IP adresi, log kayıtları, işyeri güvenliğinin ve işyeri giriş çıkış bilgileri, güvenlik takibinin yapılması adına kamera kayıtları, acil durumlarda iletişime geçilmesi amacıyla irtibat kişisi bilgileri gibi kayıtlar ile kişisel verileriniz alınmaktadır.
