PUBLIC INFORMATION NOTICE
1. Purpose of the Information Text and Our Stock Exchange's Position as Data Controller
Our Borsa, Nizip Commodity Exchange ("Exchange" and/or "Our Exchange"), has the title of "data controller" within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law") in terms of personal data regarding Borsa members and/or website visitors, and this Information Text aims to inform the members and website visitors about the personal data processing activities carried out by our Borsa in accordance with the said Law.
2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data of Members and Visitors
Personal data of Borsa members and/or Borsa İstanbul website visitors are processed in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, including the necessary work to be carried out by the business units and the relevant business processes to benefit the relevant persons from the services and contents offered by the Stock Exchange, the necessary work by the relevant business units to realize the activities carried out by the Stock Exchange and the execution of related business processes, the planning and execution of the commercial and/or business strategies of the Stock Exchange, the provision of legal, technical and commercial occupational safety of the Stock Exchange and the relevant persons who have a business relationship with the Stock Exchange. Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data can be found in the Policy on Processing and Protection of Personal Data within the Scope of Law No. 6698 by Nizip Commodity Exchange .

4. Transfer of Personal Data of Members and Website Visitors
Üyelerimize ve web sitesi ziyaretçilerine ait kişisel veriler, Borsa tarafından sunulan hizmetlerden ilgili kişileri faydalandırmak için gerekli çalışmaların iş birimleri tarafından yapılması ve ilgili iş süreçlerinin yürütülmesi, Borsa tarafından yürütülen faaliyetlerin gerçekleştirilmesi için ilgili iş birimleri tarafından gerekli çalışmaların yapılması ve buna bağlı iş süreçlerinin yürütülmesi, Borsa “nın ticari ve/veya iş stratejilerinin planlanması ve icrası, Borsa “nın ve Borsa ile iş ilişkisi içerisinde olan ilgili kişilerin hukuki, teknik ve ticari iş güvenliğinin temini için gerekli olan aktivitelerin planlanması ve icrası da dahil olmak üzere Kanun “un 8. ve 9. maddelerinde belirtilen kişisel veri işleme şartları ve amaçları çerçevesinde işlenerek yine üyelerimiz, web sitesi ziyaretçilerimiz ve kanunen yetkili kamu kurum ve kuruluşları ile özel kurumlar ile paylaşılabilecektir.
5. Collection Method and Legal Reason for Personal Data
Personal data is collected electronically from our members and visitors. Personal data collected for the legal reasons stated above can be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law and this Information Text and, where express consent is required , the Consent Text .
6. Rights of Data Subjects
In accordance with Article 11 of the Law, data owners;
- Learning whether personal data about them is being processed,
- To request information if their personal data have been processed,
- Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,
- Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
- Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and requesting that the action taken in this context be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
- Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons requiring processing no longer exist, even though it has been processed in accordance with the law and other relevant legal provisions, and requesting that the action taken in this context be notified to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
- Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems
- In case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, they have the right to demand compensation for the damage.
Requests regarding the use of these rights can be submitted by personal data owners through the methods specified in the text titled Data Owner's Rights on our website . Nizip Commodity Exchange will evaluate these requests and finalize them within 30 days. Nizip Commodity Exchange reserves the right to charge a fee regarding the requests based on the fee schedule (if any) determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
