In the loan to be given in cooperation with TOBB, KGF and Banks, 36 percent annual interest will be applied up to 24 months maturity, and 34 percent annual interest will be applied for maturities over 24 months. The loan will have a maximum maturity of 48 months, including a 6-month grace period on principal. The maximum credit limit that a company can use was determined as 3 million TL. Within the scope of the new TOBB Breath Loan, 25 billion TL will be made available as the first tranche, and the loan volume is aimed to reach 100 billion TL with additional limits to be announced this year. ?
New financial support is coming to the real sector. The new era of TOBB Breath Credit, which was created to support SMEs with the collaboration of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), Credit Guarantee Fund (KGF) and Banks, starts as of June 8, 2026 (Monday). All Chamber-Exchange member businesses affiliated with TOBB can apply for the loan, which aims to provide financial support to SMEs under favorable conditions.

Businesses will be able to apply for TOBB Breath Loan at Akbank, Denizbank, QNB Bank, Ziraat Bank, Garanti Bank, Halkbank, Vakıfbank, Yapı ve Kredi Bankası and Ziraat Katılım Bankası branches. A company will be able to use a maximum loan of 3 million TL. Loans will have a maximum maturity of 48 months, including a 6-month principal payment grace period. The loan will be provided with an annual interest rate of 36 percent for up to 24 months, and 34 percent annual interest for more than 24 months. While 61 thousand companies benefited from the TOBB Breath Loan, which was implemented within the scope of the Equity Guarantee Program of the Credit Guarantee Fund with the coordination provided by the economic management and the close cooperation of banks, especially the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey, in 2025, a total loan volume of 81 billion was reached.
