Akdeniz Product Market Intermediary Institution AS (Akdeniz ÜPAK) was established on April 24, 2024, within the scope of the "Regulation on Intermediary Activities and Supervision and Inspection of Intermediaries in the Turkish Product Specialized Stock Exchange". Operating in the Electronic Product Receipt (ELÜS) market, Akdeniz ÜPAK offers brokerage services to investors in the buying and selling of ELÜS and ELÜS-based futures contracts.
Akdeniz ÜPAK, which carries out the registration procedures for all depositors and investors, ensures that purchase and sale orders are transmitted to the Turkish Product Specialized Exchange (TÜRİB) and provides clearing and custody services through TÜRİB Central ÜPAK. It aims to provide comprehensive services to investors in order to ensure an effective and reliable transaction process in the product market.

Documents Required for Real Persons Registration:
- Customer Identification Form ( Annex/1 )
- ID Photocopy
- Any of the documents considered valid for address confirmation (residence, certificate of residence, invoice, etc.)
- ELÜS Investment Account Information Form to be obtained from the bank (MKK Registry Number added)
Documents Required for Registration of Legal Entities:
- Legal Entity Customer Identification Form ( Annex/2 )
- Framework Agreement General Risk Notification Form ( Annex/3 )
- Sample of Trade Registry Gazette containing the articles of association
- Signature Circular
- Tax Certificate
- Activity Certificate
- Sample of identity document of the partners
- Tax Certificate and Activity Certificate of legal entity partners
Note: A signature must be made on each page of the contract, and the appointed representative information and representative "real" person information must be filled in.
