Secretariat General

The Secretary General is the Registrar of Stock Exchange Personnel. The Secretary General prepares the minutes of the Assembly and Board of Directors meetings, organizes and manages the internal workings and editorial works of the Stock Exchange, gives the necessary orders and instructions to the Stock Exchange Staff and supervises their work, and carries out other duties assigned by the Board of Directors or the President.
