ACCESS TO INFORMATION

The "Right to Information Law" numbered 4982, published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Turkey numbered 25269 dated October 24, 2003, entered into force on April 24, 2004. The "Regulation on the Principles and Procedures for the Implementation of the Law on the Right to Information" numbered 2004/7189 regarding the implementation of the law was published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Turkey numbered 25445, dated 27 April 2004.

In accordance with the "Regulation on the Principles and Procedures for the Implementation of the Law on the Right to Information", it is mandatory to fill in the forms for applications made by real and legal persons via e-mail and fax.
