TOBB Breath Credit is being implemented for the 8th time to alleviate the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic on businesses. TOBB President M. Rıfat Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “As TOBB and 365 Chambers and Commodity Exchanges, we are mobilizing all our resources.”
Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) Breath Loan starts again as of June 1, 2021. Applications; It can be done from Ziraat Bank, Vakıfbank, Halkbank, İş Bank, Garanti Bank, Yapı ve Kredi Bankası, Akbank, Denizbank, Ziraat Katılım and Vakif Katılım Bankası, with the activity certificate obtained from the chambers and commodity exchanges affiliated with TOBB. Credit Guarantee Fund (KGF) will also vouch for the loans with the support of the Treasury.
With the loan, businesses will be given a 6-month grace period. Loan installments will be paid in 12 equal parts after the grace period. The interest on the loan will be 17.50% annually. Businesses with a turnover of 10 million TL or less and experiencing a 25% loss in 2020 turnover compared to 2019 will be able to benefit from the loan. There will be no loss of turnover requirement for businesses established after 2019.
SMEs whose turnover in 2020 does not exceed 1 million TL will be able to use a maximum of 50 thousand TL, and SMEs whose turnover is between 1-10 million TL will be able to use a maximum of 200 thousand TL.

TOBB Başkanı Hisarcıklıoğlu söyle konuştu: “TOBB ve 365 Oda ve Borsa olarak, Nefes Kredisi ile tüm kaynaklarimizi üyelerimizin emrine veriyoruz. Finansman ihtiyacina cevap verebilmek adına TOBB Nefes Kredisi’ni yeniden hayata geçiriyoruz. Cirosu 10 milyon TL’nin altında olan ve 2020 yılı cirosunda 2019 yılına göre %25 ciro kaybi yasamis olan firmalar 1 Haziran Salı gününden itibaren üye oldukları Oda ve Borsalardan alacaklari üyelik belgesi ile banka subelerine basvurabilecekler. Krediden faydalanmak isteyen isletmelerimiz üyelik belgesini oda-borsalara gitmeden, online ortamda TOBB veya oda-borsaların sistemlerinden e-belge olarak da alabiliyorlar.”
Stating that he is pleased with the intense participation of banks in the project, Hisarcıklıoğlu said, "Thanks to our banks, they also support this project. Our members will be able to use loans from the branches of 10 banks all over Türkiye. The interest of TOBB Breath Credit will be 17.50 percent annually. A maximum of 200 thousand lira loan will be available depending on the turnover. The 6-month grace period is the most important issue for our businesses at the moment. There will be no principal or interest payment for 6 months. I hope that "With the passage of time, things will return to normal and our businesses will return to their normal lives." he said.
